- Vehicle Information. For example, Vehicle ID Number, vehicle performance data, mileage, and oil changes.
- Audio Recordings. For example, voicemails and customer service recordings.
- User Content. Including emails and text messages, photos, videos, audio recordings, customer support communications, comments/feedback, and any other user-generated content.
- Social Media Content. If you interact with our social media pages, we may receive information related to those interactions.
- Employment Candidate Information. Individuals applying for employment or other positions in our workforce may provide personal information in connection with the candidacy for employment. Personal information may include contact information, work history, education history, salary preferences, résumé information, and curriculum vitae (CV) information.

Personal Information We Collect When You Interact with Us Online
When you interact with us online, we automatically collect certain information about that interaction from you and your device using data-gathering and tracking technologies.

Our Websites accept and process Global Privacy Control settings as required by law in certain jurisdictions. The “Do Not Track” browser-based standard signal has not gained widespread acceptance. Accordingly, our Websites do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

We will not share data related to your opting into or out of SMS (text) messages with any third party.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Personal information that we collect from or about you may be anonymized and aggregated such that it no longer relates to you individually and cannot be used to identify you. The resulting data may be used internally or shared with third parties for research, statistical, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Once we receive your properly submitted request, we will respond within the period mandated by the law of your jurisdiction. If we need more time to process and respond to your request, we will notify you of that fact along with the reason for the delay. In all cases we will complete your request within the period mandated by the law of your jurisdiction from the date of our receipt of your properly submitted request. If we decline to act regarding your request, we will inform you of our decision and the reason for it, including instructions on how you may appeal our decision.
Retention of Your Personal Information
We retain your personal information only for so long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
