Definition of “Personal Information”
- Visit our primary websites at www.OReillyAuto.ca, partscityauto.ca, vastauto.com, mmecanique360.com, octoserviceplus.com, automecano.ca, verifieelectrique.com or a website or mobile application that links to this Policy (collectively, our “Websites”).
- Engage in a transaction with us, for example, by making a purchase, returning or exchanging a purchase, or using a warranty or rebate (online or in-store).

Information We May Collect About You
Personal Information You Give to Us
- Contact Information. For example, first and last name, email address, phone number, physical address and other contact information you provide.
- Accounts and Other Identifiers. For example, username, screen name, handle, account ID, assigned user ID, customer number, or similar identifier that can be used to identify a user or account.
- Account Verification Information. Including account security questions and answers.
- Purchase History. Purchases and purchase tendencies associated with you or your account.
- Coarse Location Information. A general approximation of your location that is not based on information from a global positioning system.
- Vehicle Information. For example, Vehicle ID Number, vehicle performance data, mileage, and oil changes.
- Audio Recordings. For example, voicemails and customer service recordings.
- User Content. Including emails and text messages, photos, videos, audio recordings, customer support communications, comments/feedback, and any other user-generated content.
- Social Media Content. If you interact with our social media pages, we may receive information related to those interactions.
- Employment Candidate Information. Individuals applying for employment or other positions in our workforce may provide personal information in connection with the candidacy for employment. Personal information may include contact information, work history, education history, salary preferences, résumé information, and curriculum vitae (CV) information.

Our Websites accept and process Global Privacy Control settings as required by law in certain jurisdictions. The “Do Not Track” browser-based standard signal has not gained widespread acceptance. Accordingly, our Websites do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
Sensitive Personal Information
